Sophie is leading market building efforts in France and Europe namely with European Corporates to help various practitioners like foundations and impact investing funds scale their impact. Based in Paris, Sophie supports members in their work, fostering valuable connections, facilitating peer learning, providing training as well as enabling the co-creation of projects.

She is also part of the National Advisory Board for Impact Investing in France and various local networks. She sits on the Board of a few non-profit organizations like PHI TRUST Incubator, ARTICLE 1 (Education), SIMPLON (Coding school) and is part of the Expert Committee of SANOFI Espoir Foundation.

Prior joining EVPA in 2016, she occupied several senior positions at BNP Paribas: in charge of the Wealth Management strategy for Philanthropy, Impact investing & Social Responsible Investment and as an Investment banker for more than 15 years structuring fund raising for strategic Corporate & Institutional clients in Europe, Brazil and Asia (Shanghai).

The interview style session between Neven and Sophie will introduce the learnings from the journey of SmartKolektiv in Serbia, their engagement with the business community, starting with philanthropy, CSR and eventually social investment. In return Neven will question Sophie about EVPA Corporate Social Investors' Initiative, that gathers 60+ companies practicing social investment and venture philanthropy, and their lessons learnt from corporate social investing.
