
Florian joined EVPA in March 2020 as Training Academy Coordinator. He previously worked as project and training manager in Brussels for a European federation of social & health care service providers, and before that as programme manager for a foundation in Vienna in the field of intercultural dialogue.
He holds master degrees in European Studies (KU Leuven) and Educational Science & Theology (University of Graz, Austria & University of Sibiu, Romania).

Non-financial support: how impact oriented organisations deploy diverse resources beyond financial support
In the following three sessions the participants of the event will explore the three core principles of the social impact investment: non-financial support, tailored financing and impact measurement and management. Tailored financing instruments: how investors for impact design their financial support to meet the impact venture’s needs
In the colloquium format, this session will share main insights on the second principle of social impact investment - tailored financing. It will present the framework developed by EVPA, while a practitioner from a social impact fund will share their experience in deploying the right financial instruments to support social purpose organisations.
